Low Price Guarantee

Did you find a lower price with an authorized competitor? Don't worry, we've got you covered!

If you find a lower price online within 14 days of your puchase, we'll match it. We only have a few requirements to activate the price match.

  • The item must be identical (same manufacturer, same model number, same warranty).
  • The competitor has to be an authorized online retailer by the manufacturer. We do not currently price match showrooms, big box stores (like Home Depot/Lowes), retailers outside of the US or unauthorized retailers.
  • The request has to be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • We need to see proof of the lower price (you can send us a screenshot or a link to view it).
  • We match the total delivered price (this includes any applicable shipping charges, taxes, customs fees, discounts, etc.).
  • Competitor coupons cannot be combined with our standard low price guarantee. The standard low price guarantee is offered on competitors published pricing only.
  • Clearance and closeout items are excluded from this guarantee.

On select brands, if you find a lower price, not only will we match it, but we'll beat it! How will we beat it, you ask? Well, once we verify the competitor's price, we will not only match the competitor but we will then give you 50% of that difference. For example, if we are selling a product for $200 and you find it elsewhere for $180, your price with 1STOPLighting will be $170 (the difference which is $20 + 50% of that difference which equals $10, for a total of $30 OFF our original price). Due to the nature of this business, we provide qualified PRO/Trade customers with the best quote up front. You should never find a lower price on a quoted order.
